Portfolio Highlight:

Arbordale Apartments
Cornerstone Design is proud to have worked on many projects with Avalon Housing, an Ann Arbor based non-profit providing low income housing. One of those projects, shown here, is Arbordale Apartments, a renovation of an existing 39 unit complex, to address deferred maintenance issues and provide an accessible unit. We worked on the same complex 15 years later when Avalon qualified for additional funding to make more improvements. See more CDI Portfolio highlights here.
